People are our greatest asset, but we’d be lost without our pets! After we promoted Ivy to be K9 Director of People & Culture, she let us know she was overworked. So we added Moira to the team. As Assistant Director, Moira reports to Ivy…when she feels like it.

Robin brings 40 years of expertise in workplace development, process leadership, workplace design, project management, and corporate Real Estate and facilities. With degrees in Organizational Management and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, he specializes in process leadership, budget, and schedule management. A member of AIA, CoreNet Global, and IFMA, he stays at the forefront of industry trends. As a pioneer in workplace design, he has led major projects for numerous domestic and international companies, including Roku, Align, and Apple—most notably its first owned headquarters and the innovative Infinite Loop R&D Campus in Cupertino.

With over 15 years of experience, Taylor specializes in building infrastructure for startups at all growth stages, implementing operational strategies in facilities and human resources, and fostering strong corporate culture. Holding an masters in psychology, Taylor brings a people-focused approach to workplace development, ensuring organizations scale effectively while maintaining a thriving work environment.

Noah is a UX/UI designer with a background in facilities management and 20 years of experience at TIBCO, CBRE, Nutanix, and Apple. In January 2024 he earned his UX/UI Design Certification at UC Berkeley Extension, and developed skills in user experience and user interface design. With a knack for problem-solving, efficiency, and user-centered design, Noah combines creativity and analytical thinking to craft intuitive digital experiences.

Adam has a strong background in project management, estimating, and property management. As an Estimator and Project Manager at Sierra Sustainable Builders, he managed budgets, special projects, and client relations in high-end home construction. His experience in construction, budgeting, and property management gives him a keen eye for quality and value. Applying his expertise to real estate, he helps clients find the perfect site.

With over 30 years of experience, Gordon specializes in project integration, cost reduction, and strategic initiatives that drive global growth and operational transformation. A collaborative leader, he excels in creating high-performance cultures and optimizing business environments. He holds an AAEE in Electronic Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force and a B.S.B.A. in Business Management from Capella University.

With over 30 years of experience, Marc specializes in architecture, interior design, furniture, and construction project management. Skilled in project administration, solution development, and process implementation, Marc ensures seamless project execution from concept to completion, delivering efficient and effective workplace solutions as evidenced by the successful delivery of a third building on the Align Technologies campus.

With 30 years in commercial real estate, Rick has developed over 4 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space worth $397 million. He has also managed 150+ interior projects spanning 5 million square feet valued at $155 million. Specializing in development, project management, marketing, and brokerage, he has worked with clients like Oracle, VMware, and Mass Mutual. Rick holds a Public Relations degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Business Law from West Texas A&M. A licensed Texas real estate broker since 1983, he is an active member of several industry organizations.
